- Camera Equipment available for daily rental
- Madikwe Game Reserve entrance fees & Madikwe Guest Conservation Contribution (prices subject to change, confirmation of fees will be added on to pro-forma invoice at time of booking)
- Transfers to and from the lodge other than the eastern airstrip & escort after dark from the reserve gates
- Spa treatments, gratuities, laundry, telephone calls, all other incidental costs
- Emergency medical evacuation, travel insurance / travel cancellation refunds
- Premium spirits, speciality wines & champagne
- We highly recommend a minimum of 3 nights stay in order to get the full benefit of our spectacular safari experience & hospitality!
JACI’S SAFARI LODGE CHILD POLICY
- Children of all ages are welcome at Jaci’s Safari Suite
- The Safari Suite allows children of all ages on game drives as they have a private game viewer
- Children are not permitted at Jaci’s Tree Lodge
CANCELLATION NB:
All cancellations must be in writing
- 25% cancellation fee incurred if the booking is cancelled after written confirmation.
- 50% cancellation fee incurred if booking is cancelled 31 - 45 days prior to arrival
- 100% cancellation fee incurred if booking is cancelled 30 days / less prior to arrival
- A 10% admin fee will be retained for cancellations made after the card has been charged.
INSURANCE
We highly recommend that all guests have travel insurance & medical insurance cover for all unexpected incidents & to insure cancellation fees are covered

ELECTRICITY & WATER
We have Eskom power and back-up generators for emergencies
. Jaci’s Lodges now has filtered water on tap. This water is available to our guests at no charge.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- All gates into Madikwe Game Reserve open at 06h00 and close at 16h00.
- Guests arriving or departing outside these times will require an escort to the lodge, this must be pre-arranged with Jaci’s Lodges and has an additional cost per escorted trip
